Return & Refund Policy – Triline

At Triline, we want you and your kids to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used toys or damaged items caused by misuse
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

We will offer:

  • Replacement OR
  • Full refund (depending on availability)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer or store credit (if applicable)

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still not resolved, contact us
